It has become necessary to monitor the change in learners' skills during education carried out electronic environments. In this study, pre-service teachers made a presentation their teaching practice, and formative assessment was given ensure active participation of observer online peer process. The were asked evaluate peers' performances using rubric. Based on quantitative data collected analyzed, questions about experiences participants created, opinions obtained through e-mail. research findings sequential explanatory mixed method. study revealed that could different consistently. also showed validity assessments significantly low especially evaluation medium level performances. qualitative confirmed findings.
